en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloop www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,477880,00.html en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cthulu#The_Call_of_Cthulhu Yep. First we heard the "Bloop" which was supposedly quite near the supposed location of R'lyeh, the city built by Cthulu and his followers that was sunken into the bottom of the ocean. The "Bloop" came from the bottom of the ocean. Now we hear about a roar coming from outer space, and it is as unexplainable as the "Bloop". Am I the only one who has read Lovecraft and is freaking the eff out here? Not to the point of widespread panic, but coincidence on top of coincidence. Lovecraft better not be right, I don't want terrible octopus-looking aliens rising from the oceans and landing from outer space terrorizing our cities and killing everyone.
